The Flaneur GH does not have a 24-hour reception, the check-in time is flexible with advance notice from guests of their arrival time (Preferably by phone call some minutes before reaching). In case of arrival before 2 pm and/or temporary unavailability of the rooms at check-in, it is possible to store luggage, without responsibility for custody. In order to avoid any inconvenience for both parties, a confirmation, a few hours in advance, of the estimated time of arrival is also appreciated. Upon check-in guests are requested to pay the amount for their stay in cash (we are sorry we are not yet organized to accept payments by credit card). A tourist tax of 2.30 euros per person and per night is enforced by the city's law.
For ecological reasons, the daily tidying of the rooms is carried out only upon explicit request, to be made by 10 am by hanging the appropriate card indicating that the room is free on the door handle of the room. Check-out does not require formalities and it is sufficient to leave the keys at the entrance. Cleaning begins at 10 am, the time by which the rooms must be vacated by departing guests. After this time, temporary luggage storage is possible in the living room, without the facility being responsible for custody. Attention to the environment is a peculiar characteristic of the facility. In order to reduce energy and detergent consumption, generally, a change of sheets and two changes of towels are arranged every 7 days. . In order to reduce waste, all disposable items have been eliminated. Containers for separate waste collection are located at the entrance. A carafe and some glass bottles of cold filtered water are available in the refrigerator in the living room, with the aim of reducing the use of plastic bottles and the energy costs of transporting mineral water. A kettle available in the living room can be used to prepare herbal teas. Domestic hot water is produced by a heat pump boiler which, in summer, also allows the cooling of common areas. The windows are equipped with thermo-acoustic glass and draft excluders. We ask our guests to collaborate in saving energy by regulating the heating and turning off the air conditioners when they leave the room and the lights in the common areas (round switches). Guests are asked not to leave money or valuables in the room, as the structure is not responsible for any theft or damage. In order to reduce such inconveniences, the structure is equipped with a 7/24 video surveillance service.
